Recognizes the IUPUI Museum Studies Collections Care and Management course taught by Richard McCoy, who serves as adjunct instructor at IUPUI and associate conservator at the Indianapolis Museum of Art

Acknowledges that on November 16, 2010 (Organization Day for the 2011 legislative session), students enrolled in the course measured and documented artwork in and around the Indiana State House

States the documentation project aims to increase public awareness of Indiana's cultural heritage and make information about state artwork accessible to all Hoosiers

Expresses hope that the project will inspire other Hoosiers to become public stewards of the state's collections of public art

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House to transmit a copy of the resolution to Richard McCoy
