Recognizes President Ronald Reagan's contributions to the United States across his career as an entertainer, union leader, corporate spokesman, Governor of California, and President.

Urges Governor Daniels to proclaim February 6 as "Ronald Reagan Day" to commemorate Reagan's birth on February 6, 1911, and mark the 100th anniversary of his birth in 2011.

Highlights Reagan's presidential accomplishments including economic expansion, tax cuts that removed 6 million Americans from tax rolls, appointment of Justice Sandra Day O'Connor as the first woman Supreme Court justice, and military strength that contributed to ending the Cold War.

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House to transmit a copy of the resolution to Governor Mitchell Daniels' office.
