Urges the Indiana Department of Transportation to rename all of Interstate 465 the "USS Indianapolis Memorial Highway" to honor the ship and its crew.

Commemorates the USS Indianapolis, commissioned November 15, 1932, which was torpedoed by a Japanese submarine on July 30, 1945, while returning from delivering atomic bomb components to Tinian Island.

Notes the ship capsized and sank in 12 minutes with approximately 300 of 1,197 crew members going down with the vessel, and 880 total deaths representing the worst U.S. Naval disaster in history.

Recognizes that survivors were left in shark-infested waters with few lifeboats until discovered on August 3, 1945, by Lieutenant Wilbur C. Gwinn during a routine patrol.

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House to transmit the resolution to the Indiana Department of Transportation Commissioner and the USS Indianapolis Survivors Organization.
