Fixes the date for the first regular technical session of the 117th General Assembly for Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at 1:30 p.m.

Authorizes the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate to jointly issue an order canceling the Technical Session if they determine its cost and inconvenience are not justified.

Based on Indiana Code 2-2.1-1-2.5, which grants the General Assembly authority to set the date for the first regular technical session.
