Proposes amendment to Article 6 of the Indiana Constitution to remove term limits for county clerk, auditor, recorder, and treasurer positions

Retains eight-year-in-twelve-years term limit for Sheriff and Coroner offices

Maintains four-year terms for all affected county offices

Requires approval by two consecutive General Assemblies and ratification by majority vote of Indiana voters to take effect
