Extends Indiana House Representative terms from two years to four years and Senate terms from four years to six years for members taking office after December 31, 2016

Establishes a 25-year lifetime limit on combined service in the Indiana General Assembly, counting time served as either Senator or Representative

Service in the legislature before January 1, 2017 does not count toward the 25-year term limit

Increases the maximum term length for offices created by the General Assembly from four years to six years

Requires approval by two consecutive General Assemblies and ratification by a majority of Indiana voters to take effect as a constitutional amendment
