Recognizes Wayne Lee Swaim's service in the United States Navy and extensive involvement with the Burlington American Legion Post as Post Commander

Acknowledges Swaim's public service as Carroll County Sheriff's Deputy, Burlington Fire Department member, Carroll County Commissioner, Burlington Township Trustee, Town Marshal, and Town Council member

Honors Swaim's community contributions including helping obtain a U.S. 155mm howitzer cannon for Burlington Community Park and serving as Burlington Street Department and Wastewater Utility supervisor

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House to transmit a copy of the resolution to Swaim's family and the Indiana Department of Transportation Commissioner
