Recognizes that the Bulldogs reached the NCAA tournament final game after Stigall was inserted into the lineup, with the team not losing another game until the championship.

Acknowledges Stigall as a New Castle native who provided energy to the lineup when needed and is recognized as an outstanding ambassador for basketball and Butler University.

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House to transmit copies of the resolution to Stigall and his family, head coach Brad Stevens, Athletic Director Barry Collier, and President Bobby Fong.
