Urges the Legislative Council to assign the criminal law and sentencing policy study committee to examine whether courts should have authority to void land contracts when contract purchasers create drug nuisances on the property

Would require the study committee to make recommendations on allowing courts to order contract purchasers to vacate properties being purchased under land contracts if drug nuisance activity occurs

Defines drug nuisances as creating public nuisances that introduce crime, fear, violence, noise, litter, and health risks into neighborhoods
