Senate Bill No. 37 Summary

• Establishes the Indiana state dairy association trust license plate as a special group recognition license plate under Indiana Code 9-18-25.

• Creates the Indiana state dairy association trust fund to receive annual fees collected from license plate sales.

• Requires an annual fee of $25 from each Indiana state dairy association trust license plate, to be distributed to the Indiana State Dairy Association, Inc. on June 30 each year.

• Becomes effective July 1, 2011, with license plates available for issuance after December 31, 2011.

• Amends IC 9-18-15-1 to include the new dairy association license plate among eligible special recognition license plate options.
