Repeals IC 7.1-5-10-23, which made it a Class B misdemeanor for alcohol permittees or their employees to sell alcoholic beverages off-premises without verifying the buyer's age as 21 or older.

Eliminates the requirement for permittees to demand proof of age through a driver's license, government-issued identification card, or other government-issued document bearing photograph and birth date.

Effective July 1, 2011.
