SB 110 - Voyeurism

• Adds "peeping up or under another person's clothing" as a Class B misdemeanor voyeurism offense
• Enhances voyeurism to a Class C felony when the victim is less than 16 years of age
• Provides an affirmative defense to the Class C felony charge if the defendant reasonably believed the victim was at least 16 years old
• Maintains existing Class D felony penalties for voyeurism committed using recording devices or with prior related convictions
• Takes effect July 1, 2011
