Establishes the Hoosier Youth Corps Program to provide college students with summer internships at state and local governments and nonprofit organizations in areas such as education, public safety, social services, health, and the environment

Requires internships to provide at least 30 hours of work per week for at least 10 weeks, with employers paying a minimum weekly stipend of $50

Participants who successfully complete an internship receive a tuition grant of up to $2,500 (or actual tuition costs, whichever is greater) for use at an approved Indiana postsecondary institution

Eligible participants must be Indiana residents who are either enrolled full-time in a postsecondary program or recent high school graduates/GED recipients who will enroll in the next academic year

Creates the Hoosier Youth Corps Program Fund, administered by the State Student Assistance Commission, funded through legislative appropriations, donations, and interest earnings
