Prohibits enforcement of foreign laws if doing so would violate rights guaranteed by the Indiana or United States Constitution.

Voids contractual provisions requiring application of foreign law that cannot be modified to preserve constitutional rights of the parties.

Prevents courts from granting motions to transfer cases to foreign forums if the transfer would likely violate the constitutional rights of the opposing party.

Applies only to contracts and agreements between natural persons, excluding agreements involving business entities or other non-natural parties.

Effective July 1, 2011.
