Increases the bankruptcy exemption for intangible personal property (including bank accounts and cash, but excluding debts and income owed) from $300 to $1,200

Effective date of July 1, 2011

Amends IC 22-3-2-17 (worker's compensation) and IC 34-55-10-2 (property exemptions from seizure)
