Permits land surveyors and their supervised personnel to enter upon, over, or under any land, water, or property in Indiana for the limited purpose of conducting land surveying activities, effective July 1, 2011

Prohibits land surveyors from interfering with any construction, operation, or maintenance activities being conducted by the property owner or occupant

Restricts land surveyor entry on property owned or controlled by the Indiana Department of Homeland Security or public utilities, and prohibits entry into buildings, dwellings, or structures

Requires land surveyors to present written identification to the property occupant before entry whenever practicable

Makes land surveyors liable for any damage to land, water, or property that occurs as a result of their entry activities
