Amends IC 11-13-3-2 to modify parole eligibility for individuals serving multiple life sentences, effective July 1, 2011.

Individuals convicted of multiple felonies and sentenced to multiple life sentences become eligible for parole consideration after serving 30 years, regardless of whether sentences are consecutive or concurrent.

Exempts persons convicted of crimes under IC 35-42-4 (sex offenses) and similar offenses committed before 1978 from the 30-year parole eligibility provision.

Maintains existing parole eligibility rules for single life sentences (20 years for first/second degree murder convictions; 15 years for other felonies).

Preserves parole board authority to reinstate parole for individuals whose parole was revoked, under rules adopted per IC 4-22-2.
