• Allows persons to carry handguns without a license on property they own, lease, rent, or legally control, or with the owner's consent on another's property
• Permits unlicensed handgun carry at firearms-related events, gun shows, shooting ranges, hunting activities, and firearms instructional courses
• Allows transporting unloaded, secured handguns in locked vehicles without a license
• Prohibits persons convicted of domestic battery under IC 35-42-2-1.3 from possessing or carrying handguns unless rights are restored
• Prevents municipalities from restricting employees' right to store firearms locked in vehicle trunks, glove compartments, or out of plain sight; does not restrict private property owners from regulating firearms on their premises
