Creates an unfair trade practice for manufacturers who use stolen or misappropriated software or hardware in any part of their business operations to sell products in Indiana that compete with products made without such technology

Allows injured competitors to sue for injunctive relief or damages up to 20% of the retail price of each product sold in violation, with potential punitive damages up to 3 times that amount for willful violations

Requires the owner of stolen technology to first provide written notice and a 90-day cure period before competitors can file suit

Establishes a defense if the aggregate retail value of the stolen technology used is less than $10,000

Permits courts to enjoin third-party sales of violating products and grants plaintiffs the right to inspect defendants' business premises for evidence of stolen technology use
