• State agencies are prohibited from acquiring property from labor organizations
• State agencies are prohibited from leasing facilities from labor organizations
• State property interests cannot be sold or leased to labor organizations
• Amends Indiana Code sections 4-20.5-3-2, 4-20.5-5-7, and adds new section 4-20.5-7-22
• Effective upon passage with an emergency declaration
