Expands the permissible uses of the county supplemental juvenile probation services fund beyond just probation services and probation officer salary supplements

Allows fund money to pay or supplement salaries of any employees of the juvenile courts, not just probation officers

Authorizes fund expenditures for constructing, equipping, operating, or maintaining juvenile court facilities including courtrooms, offices, detention facilities, and shelter care facilities

Requires that fund money may only be used at the request of a judge of the juvenile court of the county

Effective date of July 1, 2011
