Recognizes Museum Studies students at Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis for their work documenting and cataloging artworks at Indiana's State House.

Students in the Collections Care and Management graduate course examined, measured, documented, and researched more than 40 artworks at the State House on November 16, 2010.

Directs that information about the artworks be made accessible through Wikipedia and Flickr to increase public awareness of Indiana's cultural heritage and the State House's art collection.

Course is taught by Richard McCoy, Adjunct Instructor at IUPUI and Associate Conservator of Objects and Variable Art at the Indianapolis Museum of Art.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to Richard McCoy.
