Memorializes Indianapolis Fire Department Firefighter Private Duane Clark, who was struck and killed on September 23, 2010 while pulling into his driveway.

Duane Everett Clark (born June 17, 1975) served as a firefighter for 9 years with the Indianapolis Fire Department and 2 years with Wayne Township Fire Department after earning a biology degree from Indiana University.

Clark is survived by wife Kate (married September 25, 2004), twins Mason Everett and Molly Reilly (born January 26, 2007), and his parents Dean and Denise Clark.

The Indiana General Assembly honors Clark's commitment to serving Indianapolis citizens and protecting the community throughout his firefighting career.

The Secretary of the Senate is directed to transmit a copy of the resolution to Clark's family members and the Indianapolis Fire Department.
