Congratulates the Indianapolis Bishop Chatard football team on winning the Class 3A state championship with a 28-14 victory over South Bend St. Joseph's.

Recognizes Bishop Chatard as the first school to win 10 Indiana football state championships, an unprecedented accomplishment in IHSAA history.

Highlights running back Ryan Kleinschmidt's performance of 247 yards rushing on 41 carries (3A state championship record attempts) with two touchdowns.

Notes quarterback Stephen DeSchryver completed 9 of 13 passes for 115 yards and key fourth-quarter touchdown that secured the victory.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to Head Coach Vince Lorenzano, who led Bishop Chatard to their last four state championships.
