Urges the legislative council to establish an interim study committee to examine nepotism in employment and contracting of political subdivisions as defined in IC 3-5-2-38

Committee shall determine whether a law should be enacted to restrict nepotism in all or some political subdivisions

Committee shall determine whether nepotism restrictions should apply to both elected and appointed officials

Committee shall identify what relationships or kinships between employees and officials should be addressed by nepotism law

Committee shall determine which types of contracts should be covered by nepotism restrictions
