Congratulates the Bloomington South High Panthers Boys' Basketball Team for winning the Indiana High School Athletic Association Class 4A State Championship in 2011, their second championship in three years.

Records that the Panthers defeated Kokomo 56-42 in the championship game after winning their final twelve games to finish 26-2, despite being ranked fourth entering the tournament.

Recognizes Head Coach J.R. Holmes in his 29th year of coaching with a career record of 512-172, and honors Spencer Turner as the recipient of the Arthur L. Trester Mental Attitude Award.

Names the 16 team members whose hard work and dedication contributed to the championship, including leading scorers Desmond Marks (14 points), Darwin Davis (13 points), Ben Stowell (11 points), and Spencer Turner (10 points).

Directs the General Assembly to transmit copies of the resolution to team members, assistant coaches, Head Coach Holmes, and Bloomington South High Principal Mark Fletcher.
