Honors Spencer Turner of Bloomington South High School for winning the Arthur L. Trester Mental Attitude Award from the Indiana High School Athletic Association.

Recognizes Turner as a four-year varsity basketball player and co-captain whose team won the 2011 IHSAA Class 4A State Championship.

Notes Turner's academic achievements including a 3.92 GPA, National Honor Society membership, and Academic All-State selection.

Acknowledges Turner's leadership through four years on the Conference Indiana Leadership Council and involvement with church and Fellowship of Christian Athletes activities.

Direct the Indiana General Assembly to congratulate Turner and transmit copies of the resolution to him.
