Notes the competition tests high school students' understanding of macroeconomics, the Federal Reserve System, and monetary policy decisions

Acknowledges the team successfully presented an economic analysis and monetary policy recommendation, then defended it before judges from the Federal Reserve Board of Governors and Federal Reserve Bank Presidents

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to all team members and moderators
