Congratulates Stacy McCormack on being named 2011 Indiana Teacher of the Year after ten years of teaching science and physics.

Recognizes McCormack's educational credentials including a bachelor of science degree in secondary education from Indiana University and a master of arts degree in physics education from Ball State University.

Acknowledges McCormack's career at Penn High School since 2006, her authorship of "Teacher Friendly Physics," and her role as a 2006 United States representative at the High School Teacher's Conference at CERN in Switzerland.

Notes McCormack received the Armstrong Teacher Educator Award from Indiana University and was named Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation Teacher of the Year.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to Stacy McCormack, the Principal of Penn High School, and the Superintendent of Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation.
