Commends the Schereville Cal Ripken Baseball League and Ohio Valley Region of Babe Ruth Baseball, Inc. for collaborative efforts to promote youth events.

Recognizes the Ohio Valley Tournament scheduled for July 21-26, 2011, which will bring over 30 teams, 360 baseball players, and 1,200+ people to northwest Indiana.

Acknowledges the tournament's economic impact on local restaurants, hotels, retail businesses, and showcasing of the Schereville baseball facility.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to Ted Lykowski.
