Emphasizes that more than half of glaucoma sufferers are unaware they have the disease, making early detection and regular eye examinations critical for prevention

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to Dr. Louis B. Cantor at the Eugene and Marilyn Glick Eye Institute at IU School of Medicine
