Congratulates Boy Scout Troop 1 of Jeffersonville, Indiana, sponsored by the Wall Street United Methodist Church, on its 100th anniversary in March 2011.

Recognizes that the troop held its first meeting in March 1911, just one year after the Boy Scouts of America was formed.

Acknowledges the troop's notable achievements including meeting with Boy Scouts founder Lieutenant General Robert Baden-Powell in 1912, selling Liberty Bonds, growing Victory Gardens, and providing aid during Jeffersonville's 1937 flood.

Notes the troop has produced nearly 50 Eagle Scouts and 5 Silver Beaver recipients while receiving national recognition.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to Boy Scout Troop 1.
