Congratulates Muncie Habitat for Humanity on their 25th anniversary in 2011 and their upcoming construction of their 100th home in Muncie, Indiana.

Recognizes the organization's "Awareness Blitz Build" event scheduled for September 29 through October 7, 2011 to construct the 100th home, which generated over $75,000 in in-kind media value during a previous 2008 build.

Acknowledges the 100th homeowner, Shelly Joyce, a single mother of three who is fulfilling requirements including down payment savings, homeowner education courses, sweat equity hours, and work at ReStore.

Notes Muncie Habitat for Humanity's 2011 launch of "A Brush with Kindness" program providing exterior home preservation services and their Green Building Plan utilizing energy-efficient products and Energy Star construction standards.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to Muncie Habitat for Humanity.
