Congratulates Dan Harshman on his retirement after 33 years as Chief Executive Officer of Logan Community Resources, an organization supporting people with disabilities.

Notes that Logan Community Resources operates eight group homes and provides support for approximately 60 independently living clients.

Highlights that Harshman graduated from the University of Notre Dame where he played on the 1966 National Championship football team, and advanced from a Title XX clerk to CEO within two years.

Documents that under Harshman's leadership, Logan grew to employ more than 350 individuals with an annual budget of $13 million, and became the first charity to win the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County's Leighton Award for Nonprofit Excellence in 1999.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to Harshman and the Chairman of the Logan Community Resources Board of Directors.
