Congratulates Danielle Pedersen, a freshman at Cowan Junior/Senior High School in Muncie, Indiana, on her selection to the People to People Student Ambassadors program.

Recognizes the People to People movement as founded by President Eisenhower in 1956 to promote peaceful international relations and cultural understanding between ordinary citizens.

Notes Danielle was nominated by a teacher and will participate in a 20-day ambassadorship trip to Greece, Italy, and Sicily, with Italian fashion as her assigned research topic.

Acknowledges Danielle and her parents Sandy and Russ Pedersen are fundraising through scholarship letters, candy sales, and candle sales to support her participation.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to Danielle Pedersen.
