• Allows Indiana veterans who enroll at state educational institutions within 12 months of armed forces separation to pay resident tuition rates for undergraduate courses regardless of prior Indiana residency requirements.

• Defines "Indiana veteran" as someone who listed Indiana as home of record at enlistment and received any discharge except dishonorable discharge from the U.S. armed forces.

• Indiana veterans enrolling more than 12 months after separation are subject to standard state institution tuition policies.

• Graduate program enrollment by Indiana veterans is subject to standard state institution tuition policies.

• Effective July 1, 2012.
