• Applies the restriction to child support cases under both IC 31-14-11 (juvenile law) and IC 31-16 (family law).

• Requires courts to disregard incarceration-related income loss in all modification proceedings, including those based on substantial changes in circumstances or guideline deviations.

• Effective July 1, 2012.
