Creates a private right of action allowing affected individuals to sue for actual and consequential damages, civil penalties up to $1,000, attorney's fees, and injunctive relief

Requires a public question on the November 2012 general election ballot asking Indiana voters whether to approve the "right to work" law before it takes effect

Applies only to contracts entered into, modified, renewed, or extended after March 14, 2012, preserving existing labor agreements
