• Allows only one of the two existing Gary riverboat gambling operations to relocate to an inland casino location, with a $25,000,000 relocation fee payable to the commission.

• Adds inland casinos in Gary to the definition of "riverboat" for gaming purposes and establishes Gary as the home location for such facilities.

• Requires inland casinos to comply with all applicable building codes and commission-imposed construction and safety requirements, rather than Coast Guard vessel standards.

• Effective July 1, 2012.
