Expands the definition of "treatment" for Medicaid eligibility under the breast and cervical cancer program to include follow-up imaging studies, laboratory testing, and physical examinations by a physician

Applies specifically to women diagnosed with a molecular subtype of breast cancer that has no specific therapy to prevent recurrence after traditional chemotherapy or radiation treatment

Maintains existing eligibility requirements: women must be under 65 years old, screened through the federal Breast and Cervical Cancer Mortality Prevention Act program, not eligible for other Medicaid coverage, and have family income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level

Effective date of July 1, 2012
