Allows small brewers (producing not more than 30,000 barrels annually) to participate in trade shows or expositions with approval from the alcohol and tobacco commission, limited to 45 days per calendar year.

Permits small brewers to sell beer to consumers for carryout in glass containers or cans at nonprofit farmers' markets.

Amends IC 7.1-3-2-7 to add two new allowable activities for small brewers under subdivisions (J) and (K).

Effective July 1, 2012.
