Congratulates David Boudia, a senior communications major at Purdue University, on his diving accomplishments and achievements.

Recognizes Boudia as a 16-time national champion who has been diving since 2000 and training under Olympic coach John Wingfield.

Notes Boudia's honors including 2011 Big Ten Athlete of the Year, USA Diving Athlete of the Year in 2008, 2010, and 2011, and NCAA Diver of the Year in 2009, 2010, and 2011.

Acknowledges Boudia's six NCAA championships in diving (3 meter and platform in 2009; 1 meter and 3 meter in 2010 and 2011) and membership on the national diving team since 2005.

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House to transmit copies of the resolution to David Boudia and his family.
