Acknowledges Crawford's successful efforts to secure restitution for a wrongfully-imprisoned Indianapolis man and a $69 million renovation of Ivy Tech's Near Northside campus.

Commends Crawford as a U.S. Navy veteran who served during the Korean War and notes his national recognition for work on education, poverty, and minority- and women-owned businesses.

Directs the Principal Clerk of the House to transmit a copy of the resolution to Representative Crawford and his family.
