Adds adult entertainment establishments (venues where performers disrobe or perform unclothed) to the list of locations where Title IV-A cash assistance benefits cannot be accessed via ATM or point of sale terminals

Requires specified establishments—including horse racing facilities, casinos, firearm stores, liquor stores, and adult entertainment venues—to post signs informing users that ATMs and terminals cannot be used for cash assistance benefits

Makes it a Class C misdemeanor for establishments to fail to post required signage or for individuals to attempt using terminals at posted locations to access Title IV-A cash assistance

Reduces the Drug Utilization Review Board's reporting requirement on the preferred drug list from twice per year to once per year to the Select Joint Commission on Medicaid Oversight

Effective date is July 1, 2012
