IN SB0016

Allows plaintiffs or lienholders who win a judgment in a boat, vessel, or watercraft lien enforcement case to recover reasonable attorney's fees and court costs from the defendant

Permits recovery of storage fees up to $25 per day for each day the watercraft was stored by the plaintiff or lienholder, provided those fees were not already included in the judgment or previously paid

Attorney's fees, court costs, and storage fees must be entered by the court as part of the final judgment in the lien enforcement case
