Allows the Indiana Public Retirement System board to disclose member financial records, including annuity savings account balances, from the public employees' retirement fund and teachers' retirement fund to the member's employer or the employer's designated representative

Employers receiving confidential pension information must agree to maintain confidentiality and use the information only for fund administration or providing retirement counseling to the member

Maintains existing confidentiality protections for individual member records, with only member names and years of service remaining public information

Effective date: July 1, 2012
