Allows the sale of alcoholic beverages on the premises of inns or dining rooms owned or leased by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, effective July 1, 2012.

Permits retail alcohol sales for on-premises consumption only if the lessee or concessionaire obtains the necessary permits required under IC 7.1.

Applies to state-owned land (including state parks) under department management and federally-owned land under department control.

Defines an "inn" as a public facility with at least 20 rooms for overnight guests and a dining room offering table service for at least 40 individuals.

Removes the previous prohibition on alcohol sales from lease contracts while maintaining other lease requirements including rent payment terms, public accessibility, and facility maintenance standards.
