• Authorizes counties to use hazardous waste disposal tax revenue for maintenance and repair of county roads as an allowable fund purpose.

• Limits annual county road expenditures to 10% of the hazardous waste disposal tax fund balance as of January 1 of the calendar year in which expenditures are made.

• Adds county road maintenance and repair to the list of eligible uses for the county hazardous waste disposal tax fund, which previously included environmental monitoring, training, and emergency response activities.

• Takes effect July 1, 2012.
