• Defines "hidden compartment" as an enclosure integrated into a motor vehicle that is designed to conceal itself and its contents, and installed after the vehicle's original manufacture.

• Creates new Chapter 22 in IC 9-19-22 addressing vehicle hidden compartments and updates IC 35-51-9-1 to classify the violation as a crime.
