Resolves conflicts between multiple 2011 legislative acts amending IC 4-22-2-37.1 by designating P.L.229-2011 version as controlling and directing publisher to print only that version

Amends P.L.48-2011 and P.L.229-2011 provisions related to Indiana Education Employment Relations Board appointments and education scholarship program reporting, with expiration dates of June 30, 2013 and October 1, 2013 respectively

Repeals conflicting sections from P.L.30-2010, P.L.51-2010, P.L.109-2010, and P.L.113-2010 regarding administrative code provisions, crime effective dates, school funding, and constitutional amendments
